Application and Tuition

Next Session: [2017 dates to be announced soon]

Admission to the workshop is competitive and based upon a short application.  Accepted individuals and teams will be notified on a rolling basis. An initial deposit of $500 per person or team is due to secure participation in the course.

Course tuition:

For more information, see https://sustainingdigitalresources.org/business-model-bootcamp/

  • $1250 per person
  • $2000 per team of two

Tuition includes all materials, meals and snack breaks during the course session, and dinners as noted in the course schedule. Travel and lodging are the responsibility of the participant. We will make hotel blocks available at a favorable rate for those who participate.

Project-based and institutional teams are strongly encouraged to apply. Teams may consist of two members of one digital initiative, from one or more organizations. It is important that at least one team member be in a leadership role for the project. Team members are expected to attend the in-person sessions and work together to complete the assignments throughout the course.

Bring Sustaining Digital Resources to a campus near you!

Become a “hosting” campus: This makes it easy for your staff to participate, while also opening the course to others in the area.

Let us customize the program for you: If digital scholarship and innovative initiatives have become a campus priority, we can customize the program to suit your needs. This is a great way to build capacity, and have fun working with colleagues across your own campus.

Sustaining Digital Resources: Group Consulting: For those teams that want to develop a fully articulated sustainability plan themselves but may need some guidance along the way, the intensive version of this program offers support to project teams over a five-month period. The program includes an onsite workshop, followed by structured activities and monthly webinars. It will allow a smaller group of deeply engaged participant teams to work through the stages of sustainability planning in real time, receiving feedback and guidance from the group and faculty as their work progress over the course of the program.
